I build AI tools for small businesses. The first is running on this page, so you can test it before you book a call.

Example chat, labelled as a demo: a customer asks about a fuse board tripping on a Saturday night and the assistant takes their number for a Monday call

Example chat on an invented electrician’s website.

An assistant that answers while you’re busy

  • Answers questions about my prices, the care plan and the free reviews, using only the facts I gave it.
  • Takes a name and a phone number or email, and sends them to me. I reply within one working day.
  • Says when it doesn’t know, and points people to me instead of guessing.
  • Tells people it’s an AI if they ask.

Ask it something a customer would ask: “How much is a website?”, “What happens after the first year?” or “Can someone call me back?”

It’s a short demo: up to 10 messages a chat. If it’s busy, it shows my contact form instead.

For your business: I can build one like it for your website, written around your own prices, services and opening hours. It’s priced on a call, once I know what it needs to answer. Like all my work, you get a fixed price in writing before I start.

Customers paying late? An invoice chaser for businesses that invoice now and get paid later

For businesses that invoice other businesses on 14, 30 or 60-day terms, such as trades doing commercial work, suppliers and wholesalers. If your customers pay on the day, you probably don’t need it.

It shows who owes you what and how late, and drafts the reminder emails. Your customers hear it from you, in your words, which matters when you want to keep working for them.

  • Once a week, you send me your list of unpaid invoices. A download from the system you invoice with, or a spreadsheet, is fine.
  • I send back a dashboard of who owes what and how late, a reminder email for each customer, a statement to attach, and a short report of what got paid since last week.
  • Reminders go up one step a week: a friendly reminder, then a firmer one with the statement, then a short, factual final reminder. No threats, and it doesn’t add interest or late fees.
  • It drafts only. You read each email, change anything you like, and send it from your own email.
  • There’s no AI in this one. It works from fixed rules, so it never makes anything up.

I’ll show you the demo on a call.

Demo dashboard for a made-up joinery firm showing its made-up customers’ unpaid invoices by how late they are: £43,865 outstanding, £35,365 overdue, nine customers owing, five bands from not yet due to over 90 days, and the three biggest risks.

How to start

  • Try the assistant. Ask it what your own customers ask you.
  • Book a free 15-minute call. Tell me what your customers ask most, or what eats your week.
  • Get a fixed price, or a straight no. If a tool fits, you get a fixed price in writing before I start. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you.

Fair questions

Is it a real AI?

Yes. The assistant runs on Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. I set the facts it can use and the rules it follows, and it tells you it’s an AI if you ask.

What happens to what I type into it?

Chats are kept for up to 12 months so I can check the answers are right. Anthropic processes them to write the replies and does not train its models on them. Don’t type anything sensitive. The privacy notice has the details.

How much does an AI assistant cost?

There’s no set price yet. I price it on a call, once I know what it needs to answer, and you get a fixed price in writing before I start.

Can the invoice chaser help my business?

If your customers pay after you invoice them, it should. It’s new, so tell me on the call how you invoice now.

My invoicing system already sends reminders. Why would I need this?

Automatic reminders go out the same way to everyone. This shows you who owes what each week and drafts each email for you to check, so you decide what goes to a good customer who’s a bit late and what goes to one who keeps ignoring you.

Does it work for payment plans?

No. It isn’t for payment plans, where a member of the public pays you back in instalments.

Do I need a website first?

Not for the invoice chaser. The assistant sits on a website, so if you don’t have one yet, start there: a five-page website is £600 fixed.
